Darren Tucker focuses on antitrust and competition law. He represents clients before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice, state attorneys general, the European Commission and other non-U.S. competition authorities. Darren also advises clients on issues arising under the Sherman and Clayton Acts, including joint ventures, pricing and distribution, and information exchanges, and has litigated a variety of antitrust issues in state and federal court. Prior to joining Bingham, Darren was an adviser to two FTC commissioners, which enables him to provide valuable insights to clients regarding regulatory enforcement issues.
